Subscription FAQs


Q. How long does a subscription last?
A. We offer monthly subscriptions. You can cancel at any time. You will continue to have access for the remainder of the month you have paid for.

Q. How many devices am I allowed on my subscription?
A. You can stream videos on two devices at the same time.

Q. Do you offer gift cards?
A. Not yet.

Q. How do I cancel my subscription?
A. Log in to your account and go to “My Account” page on your navbar and click the cancel button.

Device FAQs


Q What devices are supported?
A. At the moment, we support iOS devices, Android devices, Roku, any computer, and Chromecast

Q. How do I watch on my Roku?
A. Currently, you will need to login to your Roku account on your computer. Use the link here to add the BumbleBee Kids app to your account.

Q. How do I watch on my Chromecast?
A. Viewing with Chromecast is easy. Log in on your laptop or desktop and begin playing your chosen video in Chrome. Then click the cast icon in the top right.

Q. How do I watch on my iPhone or iPad?
A. You can watch our videos using our website on any iOS device running iOS 11. Browsers other than safari may not work.

Q. How do I watch on my Android phone or tablet?
A. You can watch our videos using our website on any recent android device. We would recommend that you use Chrome to play our videos.

Q. Can I watch on my Fire TV or Apple TV?
A. Not at the moment. Support for both these devices is a priority for us and we are expecting to have apps for both very soon.

Q. Do you offer offline streaming?
A. Not yet. For the moment, you will need to be connected to the internet to watch.

Common Issues


Q. I am using a laptop or desktop and I am getting the error message “Unable to decrypt the encrypted video source.” How do I fix this?
A. Please make sure you are not in incognito mode or private browsing mode. If the issues persist please contact our tech support at support@bumblebeekids.com. In your email please include the device you are using, and the browser you are using.

Q. I am using an iPad or iPhone and I am getting the error message “Unable to decrypt the encrypted video source.” How do I fix this?
A. Please make sure that you are using safari, that you are not in incognito mode, and that you have iOS 11.2 or greater installed. If the issues persist please contact our tech support at support@bumblebeekids.com. In your email please include the device you are using, the browser you are using, and the version of iOS you are using.

Q. I am using an Android device and I am getting the error message “Unable to decrypt the encrypted video source.” How do I fix this?
A. Please make sure you are not in incognito mode and that you are using Google Chrome. If the issues persist please contact our tech support at support@bumblebeekids.com. In your email please include the device you are using, the browser you are using, and the version of Android you are using.
