Subscription FAQs

How long does a subscription last?
We only offer monthly subscriptions. You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you choose to cancel, you will continue to have access for the remainder of the month you have paid for.
How many devices am I allowed on my subscription?
You may stream on two devices simultaneously.
Do you offer gift cards?
Not yet.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Log in to your account and go to “My Account” page on your navbar and click the cancel button.

Playback FAQs

What devices are supported?
At the moment, we support iOS devices, Android devices, Roku, any computer, Chromecast, Fire TV, Android TV and Apple TV.
Where can I find links to available apps?
If you're logged in you will see an "Apps" link in the top right. This will contain links to all our available apps
Do you offer offline playback?
Not yet. For the moment, you will need to be connected to the internet to watch.
